Assumption of Risk

• By booking and receiving any treatment at Zen Alchemy Spa, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the service, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, pre-existing medical conditions, or unforeseen adverse effects.

• It is the guest’s responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before receiving any treatment.

Health & Medical Conditions

• Our treatments are non-medical, wellness-based services. They are not a substitute for professional medical care.

• If you have any underlying medical conditions (such as heart conditions, skin conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnancy), you must consult a doctor before booking a treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable or safe for you.

Personal Belongings & Valuables

• Zen Alchemy Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings within the premises. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.

Liability for Injury or Adverse Reactions

• While we take all necessary precautions, Zen Alchemy Spa, its staff, and management shall not be held liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or complications arising from our services, treatments, or use of spa products.

• In the event of any discomfort during a service, it is the guest’s responsibility to immediately inform the therapist so that adjustments can be made.

Force Majeure

• Zen Alchemy Spa is not liable for any unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or other disruptions that may result in appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

By visiting Zen Alchemy Spa and receiving any treatment, you acknowledge and accept all company policies and agree not to hold Zen Alchemy Spa, its employees, or affiliates liable for any claims, damages, or losses.
