We are located in Tamarind Square Cyberjaya (Level 4) Same row as Pastribella and Glassbox.

Is your spa for ladies only?
No, our spa caters to both women and men.
Do you have male massage therapists?
Yes we do, male massage therapist will be assigned upon request.
How long do the treatments typically last?
It varies as we have treatments that last from 30 mins up to 160 mins. You may also request to include add-ons item to have a longer treatment.
How do I choose the right treatment for myself?
The best way is to go through our menu to find out which areas you'd want to focus on. Alternatively, please send us a message on Whatsapp for us to guide you.
Can you accommodate group bookings or couples' spa sessions?
Yes, we have a couple's room and can accomodate group bookings. Please contact us on Whatsapp for group bookings
Do I need to book my spa treatment in advance, and how can I do so?

Are there any specific health conditions that should be communicated before a spa treatment?
Yes, we need to know your allergy history and areas of your body that you'd want to focus on and areas you want us to avoid.
What kind of massage oils do you use?
At Zen Alchemy, the oils used is pure fractionated coconut oil. The oils are then blended with our own pure essential oils on the spot before each treatment. As a customer you get to choose which oil blend you prefer based on our custom oil recipes.
