Working days:

6 days a week (Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies on females and males.

• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.

• Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.

• Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.

• Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.

• Clean and sanitise treatment rooms and equipments before use.

• Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.

• Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.

• Requesting customer to leave rating on Google review after each session.

• Opening and closing of the store as and when required

• Assist in other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Female

• Well-groomed and pleasant personality.

• Must be able to work on a shift schedule (weekends / public holidays)

• Able to communicate in Malay and English.

• Strong interest in holistic wellness and aromatherapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have good sales skills and the ability to consult customers to buy services/packages.

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.
