About the role

As a Freelance Corporate Sales Partner, you will introduce Zen Alchemy Spa’s corporate wellness packages to businesses in Selangor, Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching wellness solutions, and closing sales — all on your own time and terms. This is a commission-only freelance role ideal for self-driven individuals with a passion for wellness and flexible income.

Responsibilities:


       Sales & Outreach

  • Identify and approach potential business clients (HR, decision-makers, wellness committees)

  • Pitch and sell spa passes tailored for corporate wellness programs

  • Close deals and coordinate onboarding with the spa team

  • Maintain sales tracking and report progress to the management team


Communication & Support

  • Use provided brochures, templates, and visual kits to communicate effectively

  • Set up meetings, calls, or spa trial sessions as needed

  • Ensure smooth handover and relationship continuity post-sale


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or B2B outreach is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Trello, and Google Sheets

  • Passionate about wellness, self-care, or aromatherapy is a bonus
