Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our spa's brand identity, goals, and target audience.

• Content Creation: Create high-quality, original content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website copy, and video content including hosting live sessions.

• Visual Content: Work with graphic designers and photographers to create and curate visually appealing content, including images, graphics, and videos.

• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our spa's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) by regularly posting engaging content, responding to comments, and growing our social media presence.

• Blogging: Research and write informative and SEO-friendly blog posts related to spa treatments, wellness, beauty tips, and industry trends.

• Email Marketing: Create compelling email marketing campaigns to engage with our clients, share promotions, and keep them informed about spa events and news.

• Video Production: Plan, script, and produce video content that showcases spa services, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.

• Analytics and Insights: Monitor content performance, track engagement metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including graphic designers, marketing specialists, and spa therapists, to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Not camera shy

• Speaks Malay and English

• Proven experience in content creation, ideally in the spa, wellness, or beauty industry.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt writing style for various platforms and target audiences.

• Familiar with Canva app

• Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.

• Basic video editing skills.

• Strong creativity and an eye for design.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Passion for spa and wellness trends and a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
